VAT (Value Added Tax)
UK customers: 20% VAT is applied to all orders.
EU customers: VAT rules apply based on current UK & EU distance selling regulations. VAT may be charged at checkout depending on your location.
Non-EU customers (including USA): UK VAT is not charged. Import duties or local taxes may apply in your country.
Do You Deliver to My Country?
We ship within the UK and to selected international destinations.
UK orders are sent via DPD tracked service.
International orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Do You Sell Singles or Packs?
Virgo Outlet is a retail store. All items are sold as individual pieces unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Product pages clearly show the available size and stock status.
Order Dispatch & Shipping
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched the next working day.
Weekend and Bank Holiday orders are processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive:
Order confirmation email after purchase.
Dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update.
Invoices
Invoices are sent by email only.
We do not include printed invoices inside parcels.
Restocks
Fast-selling items are regularly restocked where possible.
If an item is out of stock, please check back soon or contact us to enquire about availability.
Fabric Composition
Each product description includes available fabric details (e.g. cotton, polyester, viscose).
If specific percentages are not listed, this information has not been provided by the manufacturer.
Size Guide
One Size: Generally fits UK sizes 6–14 (depending on style and fit).
S / M / L: Sizing may vary slightly depending on the design and cut.

Our collections are sourced from trusted international suppliers, including Italy, France, and Asia.
All garments carry the original manufacturer’s label unless otherwise stated.
Showroom Visits
We do not offer product samples for dispatch.
However, customers may visit our London premises by prior arrangement.

Returns Policy (Summary)
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
