Pre-Order Policy – Virgo Outlet

At Virgo Outlet, we offer customers the opportunity to pre-order selected upcoming styles before they officially arrive in our warehouse.

Pre-ordering allows you to secure new arrivals, limited pieces, and high-demand items in advance — so you don’t miss out when stock is released.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is a product that is:

  • Currently in production, or

  • In transit to our warehouse

This means the item is not available for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the item and we will ship it to you once it becomes available.

Each product page will clearly state whether the item is:

  • In stock (ready for dispatch), or

  • Available on pre-order

Estimated availability dates are displayed on the product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping schedules.

2. Benefits of Pre-Ordering

  • Secure your size before it sells out

  • Access new season styles early

  • Priority dispatch once stock arrives

Pre-orders are particularly useful for limited collections and high-demand items.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Pre-order delivery times vary by product.

  • Typical lead time: 7–14 working days from the published availability date.

  • Once stock arrives at our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days via tracked delivery.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel has been shipped.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:

  • The entire order will be held and dispatched together once all items are available.

If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

5. Delays & Notifications

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Production scheduling

  • Shipping or customs delays

  • High demand

If there is any significant delay, our Customer Care team will notify you via email with updated information and available options.

6. Order Amendments

You may request changes to your pre-order (such as size changes) before your confirmation email is issued, provided the requested size is still available.

Once your order has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if amendments are required.

7. Cancellations

  • Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your pre-order.

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once production or processing has begun.

  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
