1. Legal Entity

In these Terms, “we”, “us”, or “our” means:

These Terms apply to all orders placed via virgo-outlet.com.

2. Consumer Basis of Sale

We sell goods to individual customers for personal use. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, invoices, and deliveries.

A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Definitions

  • Business Day: Monday–Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays

  • Goods: Products sold via our website

  • Contract: The agreement between you and us for the sale of Goods

  • Delivery Date: Estimated delivery date

Headings are for convenience only.

4. Orders & Acceptance

4.1 All orders are subject to availability.

4.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues).

4.3 Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary depending on screen settings.

5. Price & Payment

5.1 Prices are shown in GBP (£).

5.2 Prices include VAT where applicable.

5.3 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

5.4 Full payment is required at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery times provided are estimates only.

6.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Risk & Ownership

7.1 Risk passes when the Goods are delivered.

7.2 Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

8. Returns & Cancellation (Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Goods.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return items within 14 days of cancellation.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If Goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

10. Pre-Orders

10.1 Pre-order items are products not yet in stock but available to reserve.

10.2 Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

10.3 Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order) will be shipped together unless separate orders are placed.

10.4 Full payment is required at checkout.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Goods.

11.3 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on virgo-outlet.com — including images, product photography, logos, graphics, and text — is owned or licensed by VBS Retail Online Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without prior written permission.

13. Colour Variance

We aim to display colours accurately; however, screen settings may affect appearance. Slight variations do not constitute defects.

14. Promotions & Competitions

From time to time, we may run promotional campaigns or prize draws.

Specific terms will apply to each promotion and will be published separately.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

15. Security & Data Protection

15.1 Payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways (TLS/SSL).

15.2 We do not store full payment card details.

15.3 Personal data is handled in accordance with:

  • Data Protection Act 2018

  • General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Extreme weather

  • Courier disruptions

  • Industrial action

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain issues


17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. Third-Party Rights

No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these Terms.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
