🛍️ Return Your Order


At Virgo Outlet, our goal is to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. However, if for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

We understand that online shopping can sometimes be tricky — sizing, fit, or preferences may vary — so our returns process has been designed to be straightforward and stress-free.

How to return an item:

  1. Carefully repack your item(s) in their original packaging.

  2. Ensure all original tags and labels remain attached and that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  3. Include your order number, name, and reason for return inside the parcel.

  4. Send the package to:

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order at social@virgo-outlet.com, attaching clear photos and your order details. We will provide a prompt resolution or exchange at no additional cost.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted on earrings, lingerie, or swimwear.
