8. Returns & Exchanges

8.1. We hope you love your order! But if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

8.2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

8.3. For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

8.5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after your return is received and inspected.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

9.1. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at enquiries@virgo-outlet.com.
